How come I am unable to claim ANY winning ticket?

Usually those that cannot claim a ticket have something set on their end to prevent them from doing so.  There several reason for this.  We have found that they are usually the result of some kind of input error or browser setting.
 
Try the following:
1. Check the spelling of your email address and ticket ID - no spaces including on the end.  Also, we have found commas added at the end of the email address due to the "m" in .com being right next to the comma on the keyboard. z
2. Verify that the date and time on your computer is still correct.

3. Make sure you have cookies turned on.

4. Delete your cookies.

5. Try reducing the default security and privacy settings.
